Ph.D. Student Discriminated Against Due to Hawaiian Nationality A Hawaiian Ph.D. student at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, U.S.A., has been the target of discrimination due to his nationality. Mr. Robert Hernandez Kajiwara is being required by a professor, Dr. Leah Tarwater, to respond to questioning in class regarding Hawaii and Hawaiian issues, even when such questions are irrelevant to the course, no credit or compensation is being offered, and no other student is having to respond to challenges regarding his or her race or nationality. “As a student, Mr. Kajiwara is not required to respond to such questioning unless he so chooses,” wrote Hawaiian Kingdom Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Leon Siu, in a letter addressed to Liberty University. “For a faculty member to force or coerce him to respond is a violation of your own U.S. Federal Law Title VI: Race and National Origin Discrimination. Targeting Mr. Kajiwara on the basis of his Hawaiian nationality is a clear case of discrimination.” Kajiwara is a Hawaiian national as well as a diplomat in the Hawaiian Kingdom's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is also President of the Peace For Okinawa Coalition. Due to his work, Kajiwara has often been the target of high-profile attacks and harassment from Japanese and white supremacists. The Hawaiian Kingdom has issued a letter to Liberty University condemning the actions of Dr. Tarwater and asking that appropriate disciplinary action be taken. The Hawaiian Kingdom has also requested the University ensure the safety and well-being of Kajiwara while he is enrolled at their institution. The Hawaiian Kingdom condemns all forms of discrimination against Hawaiian students, regardless of their age, grade level, or location of study. We encourage Hawaiian students to come forward if they believe they have been discriminated against due to their race or nationality. If you believe your rights have been violated, please check out our website at www.HawaiianKingdom.net or contact us at info@HawaiianKingdom.net to see if we might be able to help you. Earlier in 2019 Hawaii was featured in the prestigious diplomat magazine, DIVA, read by many at the United Nations and other international venues.
Hawaiian activists expect the U.S. “State of Hawaii” is about to unleash its law-enforcement agencies, backed by national guard troops and assets, to forcefully destroy the encampment of thousands of Hawaiian activists trying to protect the summit of their sacred mountain from being desecrated by the construction of giant telescope being paid for by powerful foreign interests.
Leaders of the peaceful and orderly tent-village that sprang up two months ago, issued an alert through press releases and social media of the imminent attack by the “State of Hawaii.” The grassroots protectors have been opposing the telescope project for the past 10 years. Having exhausted all legal remedies in the courts of the “State of Hawaii,” Hawaiians set up a peaceful encampment on the access road to the mountain preventing construction from proceeding. Leaders of Ku Kiai Mauna (Protectors of the Mountain) call upon all Hawaiian patriots and supporters worldwide, to express their support for the peaceful stand to protect Mauna Kea, not only because of the sacredness of the mountain and concerns of serious environmental damage, but ultimately, the lack of lawful authority of the “State of Hawaii” in the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands, a sovereign, independent nation in continuity. Hawaiians say that their Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands continues to exist as a sovereign, independent nation, and the United States’ presence in the Hawaiian Islands amounts to an illegal occupation and a criminal enterprise based on piracy. The Floundering Fake State
Things are not going well for Hawaii the Fake State. On the 60th anniversary of “statehood” the Honolulu Star-Advertiserʻs front-page, above-the-fold headline was: HOLIDAY HO-HUM pointing to the state’s strange disinterest in its own anniversary. When contacted, state officials’ response was basically: “No comment.” Their avoidance indicates they are obviously not proud of their own state’s birthday. And rightfully so. The false narrative of Hawaii as the 50th State of the United States of America has been steadily unravelling for decades and recent events have accelerated the unmasking of the Fake State. The Hawaiian people’s stand to protect Mauna Kea has brought global attention to the profound concepts of Aloha Aina, Pono and Kuleana and the practice of Kapu Aloha. It also poses the over-arching moral questions of right and wrong. In doing so, Ku Kiaʻi Mauna exposes the operations of the State of Hawaii regarding ownership, authority, jurisdiction and trust obligations. They may be ‘legal’ but are they right? In the past week alone, state officials have begun to admit ‘some problems’ with the Stateʻs administration of Mauna Kea: the State doesnʻt appear to have proper authority to regulate the Mauna Kea Access Road; the State Supreme Court ruled the State breached its trust duties regarding the Pohakuloa Training Area; the first 9 of the 38 kupuna went to court to plead not guilty to charges of obstruction of the MKA Road… Add to these the plethora of cases regarding land titles, targeted arrests and arbitrary detention of Hawaiian subjects, falsified reports to the United Nations, and so forth, and the U.S. and its fake state are in deep trouble. If state officials admit that, because procedures were not followed to acquire the land under the access road, it would possibly invalidate the stateʻs authority to regulate that road, then shouldnʻt that same principle apply to all the lands and territorial waters of the Hawaiian Islands?... none of which was acquired by any lawful process. Speaking of Procedure… In 1959 the U.S. fooled the United Nations into passing UNGA Resolution 1469, accepting the United states’ report that through a plebiscite, the “people of Hawaii” had overwhelmingly consented to Hawaii becoming a state of the United States. In passing that resolution accepting the U.S. report, as far as the UN was concerned, Hawaii (and Alaska) were states of the United States. But that sneaky move by the U.S. is also it’s Achilles heel. As it turns out, UNGA Resolution 1469 is the sole thread holding up the U.S.’ claim to Hawaii. We are about to snip that thread by calling on the UN General Assembly to initiate a review of the conditions and procedures that led to the adoption of that resolution accepting the U.S. report. An honest review of the facts will uncover that major fraud was involved and UNGA Resolution 1469 was made in error. At that point, not only will the claim of Hawaii statehood be discredited, but the long history of wrongful acts is unleashed, flooding in to wipe out all U.S. claims of dominion over the Hawaiian Islands. NOTE: The next two months is critical to getting the review initiated at the UN. Your kokua is needed to move forward! Imua! Kūʻe! Kū Kiaʻi Mauna! Kapu Aloha! Ua mau ke ea o ka ʻāina i ka pono.
